Cedrol, a chem­i­cal con­stituent found in the  Junipe­rus fam­ily, found to lower hyper­ten­sion when inhaled by patients.  Cedrol a com­po­nent of cedr­wood oil has poten­tial as a hyper­ten­sion drug.
